Our approach

Pulse Diagnosis

Pulse diagnosis is an art of analyzing the present physical, mental and spiritual status of a person. The pulse determines the doshas, the health of the diverse organs, and gives alarming signals of the vital organs, assisting at a primary stage before the problem aggregates. The pulse is read by placing the index, middle and ring finger on the wrist, and can be considered at superficial, middle and deep levels to obtain more information about the energy imbalance of the patient.

Prakriti Analysis

Prakriti predicts how a person differs from another person. Initially we analyse the Prakriti of the person, and treat the patient according to their Prakriti. Prakriti has been well defined in Charak Samhita Vimaan Sthan and it is one of the most important investigations in identifying a patient’s disease. It is known through one’s tridosha percentage — Vata, Pitta and Kapha — in the body.

Counseling

Counseling can be defined as a talking therapy, allowing people to discuss their troubles and any difficult feelings they encounter in a safe, confidential environment. The counselor encourages talking about what is bothering the patient in order to diagnose the root causes and identify specific ways of thinking, then creates a plan of action to help reconcile the issues or find ways of coping.

Astrology

According to astrology, the position of the sun, stars, moon and planets at the time of birth forms the persona of a person. The birth chart is a snapshot of the heavens at the moment of birth, and comparing it with planetary movements empowers an individual to understand their inherent potential and strengths, working on the concept of Karma.

Honesty above all

Dr. Amar views medicine as an inherited service, not a business. He treats the disease, not the status — metro or village, the same devotion.

What Ayurveda means

Ayurveda means the science of life — the traditional healing modality of Vedic culture from India.

प्रयोजनं चास्य स्वस्थस्य स्वास्थ्यरक्षणमातुरस्य विकारप्रशमनं च।
“The purpose of Ayurveda is to protect the health of the healthy person and remove the disease of the patient.”

It has eight ways to analyse an ailment: Nadi (pulse), Mootra (urine), Mala (stool), Jihva (tongue), Shabda (speech), Sparsha (touch), Druk (vision) and Aakruti (appearance).
