Knee Pain

Knee pain is a common condition affecting people of all ages. It can result from injury, overuse, arthritis, or underlying medical conditions. The knee joint bears the body’s weight and is involved in most daily movements, making it vulnerable to stress and damage.

  • Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome – Pain around the kneecap

  • Gout – Uric acid crystal deposition in the joint

  • Bursitis – Inflammation of fluid-filled sacs around the knee

  • Obesity – Excess weight increases stress on knee joints

  • Poor Posture or Weak Muscles
